YUI began in October 2020 — a quiet moment in a chaotic world. We cooked, we shared, we grew, and when we closed in 2023, the kitchen never stopped calling me back.
I carried YUI with me through every pop-up, every recipe passed down from my mother, every smile from guests who tasted our food.
